Who we are
FMR Digital, LLC ("FMR Digital," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent software studio operated by Frank Robinson. Our website is fmrdigital.dev.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our contact form:
- Name. So we know who we're talking to.
- Email address. So we can reply to your inquiry.
- Project details / message. The content of your inquiry.
We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics platforms, or third-party advertising scripts. The site uses Tailwind CSS and Google Fonts loaded via CDN, which may log standard HTTP request data (IP address, browser type) per their own privacy policies.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit exclusively to:
- Respond to your project inquiry or message.
- Communicate with you about potential or ongoing work.
- Send project-related correspondence if you become a client.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.
How we store and protect your information
Contact form submissions are transmitted via encrypted SMTP (TLS) to a private email inbox and into our internal, proprietary lead-management software. This data is used solely for contacting prospective clients about their inquiry. It is not for sale, will not be used for any marketing purposes, and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
We retain lead records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our legitimate business records. To request removal, email [email protected] and we will delete your information within 30 days.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we receive, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Third-party services
Our site relies on a small number of third-party services:
- Hetzner. Web hosting provider (servers in Germany).
- Cloudflare. DNS, CDN, and TLS termination.
- Google Fonts. Web typography. Google may collect usage data per their privacy policy.
- Tailwind CSS CDN. Styling. Served via CDN which may log standard request data.
- Plausible Analytics (self-hosted). Privacy-friendly site analytics, hosted by us at plausible.fmrdigital.dev. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal data, no IP addresses stored. Aggregated metrics only (page views, referrers, country, browser).
- Gmail SMTP. Delivery of contact form messages.
We do not embed social media trackers, third-party analytics, retargeting pixels, or advertising networks.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Withdraw consent for future communications at any time.

California residents
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Children's privacy
Our website and services are not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
